Granges-Paccot's flea markets
Granges-Paccot is a place for fairs rather than weekly markets. At Forum Fribourg, Dakota Events, a family business from Poliez-Pittet, runs a handful of indoor fairs, each once a year, so they are ones to pencil in.
Two share a weekend in February. The Bourse de jouets de collection is for old collectors' toys across 400 tables, with a restaurant on site for coffee and sandwiches; the second, in Hall 4, is for cameras and photographs, postcards, old paper, antiquarian books, comics, records and CDs. In March comes the Swiss Vintage and Design Market, and a weekend in November brings the Brocante de Fribourg.
