For one weekend in September, the centre of Misery, near Fribourg, fills with brocante stalls: outside on the village square, inside in the gym hall. The exhibitors are a varied lot and the mood is friendly. The event is run by the association La Brocante des Amis, which also puts on brocantes in Yverdon, Lucens and Avenches.
