Vide-Grenier Echichens

The Association Enfants stocks its stands with things people have given it, collected and sorted all year in its rooms under the salle polyvalente. On the tables: homeware and decoration, bric-a-brac, books, vinyl, games and toys, and clothes for women, men, teenagers and children, all at low prices. The money goes to children, these days mostly close to home: through the social services it pays for things like music lessons, winter clothes, supervised homework and holiday camps. The association began in 1983, after volunteers drove aid convoys to an orphanage near Warsaw. There's a snack bar with food, and parking is free.
