The Grosse Halle flea market has been part of Bern city life since 1997. Ten times a year, except in January and August, it fills the covered and open-air parts around the hall, and around 3,000 people come by each time. Used things get a second life here. The Verein Medina looks after lunch; there is no parking on the Schützenmatte on market days.
