Breitsch-Märit Bern

The Breitsch-Märit is a flea market that goes from front door to front door. Every June, people in Bern's Breitenrain district set out vintage pieces and things they no longer need by the house entrance, in the garden or outside the garage. You wander through the neighbourhood and stop at the tables along the way. Local shops join in, with food and drink on offer. Whether it goes ahead in the rain is only decided on the day. Entry is free.
