Two families, the Kohlers and the Balmers, started this market after a family visit to Liesberg in 2009. They hoped for 50 exhibitors at the first one and got 86. The organisers bill it as an antiques, flea and farmers' market — a “Buuremärt” in the local word. Stalls stand inside the Seemättli hall, outside in the open, and under cover. A large car park sits right in front of the hall, and the post bus stops a few metres away.
