Design, vintage, modernariato and antiques: that is the Brocante Locarno, which takes over the heart of the old town for two days every year around Ascension. Everything on sale has to be at least twenty years old, and fakes or reproductions are out. It goes ahead whatever the weather. On the second day, children and teenagers up to 18 sell their own things on Piazza San Francesco: books, games, video games and models. Pro Città Vecchia, the local association, has run it since 2026.
